Okay I'll be honest — I'm fed up of renting in Hyderabad, my landlord just raised rent again. Finally taking the plunge to buy. I'm looking at a 3BHK around Madhapur, maybe Salarpuria Sattva. But the "all-in" cost is confusing me. Builders quote one price, then stamp duty, registration, PLC, parking, interiors all add up. Is that pre-launch price truly a discount or just a bait? What percentage above the base price should I really budget for all these extras? Any tips on understanding the true cost before signing?

Yaar, same pinch! Hyderabad mein rent toh bas aag laga raha hai. I'm also looking around Madhapur, maybe even Gachibowli, for a 3BHK. Builders ki pricing strategy toh pura maze hai. 'Base price' bolke phir itne hidden charges add karte hain ki budget hil jaata hai. What is this PLC thing anyway? Bohut tension hai.
