Hyderabad home hunt: My legal doubts

How do you guys actually check RERA registration for projects, especially around Kokapet or Narsingi? Finally fed up of renting, landlord ne rent badha diya phir se. I'm looking at Sattva Lake Ridge, but heard so many horror stories about builder delays. Is just seeing the RERA number enough, yaar? Aur possession delay hua toh kya real legal options hain under RERA? Title verification ke liye kya steps hain jo log miss karte hain?
