Just moved into my 2BHK near Gachibowli last month. Abhi thoda settle ho raha hu, but already thinking about future investment. Metro Rail Phase 2 expansion aur RRR developments ki bahut hype hai. Log bol rahe Kokapet aur Narsingi mein prices already high hain. But what about areas slightly further, like Tellapur? Kya wahan abhi bhi entry point acha hai, ya sab speculation hai? Is it too late to get good ROI near these upcoming infra projects? Bahut confusion hai.
