Honestly, I'm fed up of renting. EMI vs rent math ab samajh aa raha hai. Hyderabad Metro Phase 2 aur RRR ka impact kahan sabse zyada hoga? Gachibowli, Kokapet toh expensive ho gaye. What's the hack for finding *still* affordable properties near these corridors for investment? Any specific areas or projects with good early appreciation potential?

Totally feel you, bhai! Rent dete dete I'm also tired. Gachibowli toh out of budget ho gaya hai for sure. I've been eyeing areas around Patancheru or even further towards Sangareddy. Metro Phase 2 ka extension udhar tak aa gaya toh kya pata, game changer ho sakta hai. But connectivity abhi bhi ek issue hai.
