Sattva Lake Ridge — I'm seriously looking at this project for an investment, but I'm based in Dubai and can't do proper ground checks. How effective is RERA really for NRIs if something goes wrong? I've heard too many stories about builders delaying or having title issues, especially around Gachibowli and Kokapet. What are the critical title verification steps one shouldn't skip, especially when relying on a POA? I'm worried about property tax anomalies or encumbrances I won't catch. Is there a reliable way to check Salarpuria Sattva's legal track record from here, beyond just online searches? Any advice on navigating these legal complexities without being physically present would be hugely appreciated. I don't want to commit capital and then face issues with possession or OC.
