Hyderabad investment: Is negotiation even real?
Been renting in Hyderabad for 7 years now, and honestly, EMI vs rent math is finally making me take the plunge. Looking at properties around Keesara Road, maybe Salarpuria Sattva projects. Builders ka quoted price dekh ke toh headache ho jaata hai. My main question is, negotiation kitna possible hai Hyderabad mein? Agar koi 1.5 Cr quote kar raha hai 3BHK ke liye, can we realistically knock off 5-10%? Ya builders don't budge much? Also, all-in cost mein kitna extra add karna padta hai? Stamp duty, registration, PLC, parking... yeh sab milake kitna percentage upar jaata hai from the base price? I'm worried about hidden charges jo possession ke time pe pop up karte hain. Has anyone faced major surprises with builders here? Want to know the real total cost of acquisition.
