Hyderabad investors: how much negotiation room did you find?

Does anyone successfully negotiate builder prices in Hyderabad? I'm looking at a 3BHK around Gachibowli, maybe Salarpuria Sattva. Fed up of renting, want to understand the actual all-in cost beyond brochure price. What about hidden charges near possession? How much can you realistically cut off a ₹1.5Cr deal?

Bhai, negotiation toh mushkil hai aajkal. Especially Salarpuria Sattva jaise big builders bahut kam discount dete hain. Gachibowli mein demand high hai, so they know people will pay. But hidden charges ka darr toh rehta hi hai.

Totally agree. Last year Attapur mein dekha tha, builder ne end mein maintenance ka bahana bana ke aur paise maange.
