My recent portfolio review shows Sattva Lake Ridge's possession dates slipping. Builder ka track record pehle bhi concern tha. Is anyone else worried about ROI due to these delays? Kya ground reality hai?

The financial stress of paying rent + EMI while waiting for a delayed possession is immense. I'd say, do your due diligence on the builder's past 3-4 projects, not just their current promises. Lake Ridge has 897 units, a massive project, so any delay will impact hundreds.
Waiting is always an option, but prices won't come down much in Hyderabad. Instead of Lake Ridge, check out projects with a better completion record, even if they are slightly outside your preferred area. Sometimes, paying a little extra for peace of mind is worth it.

Official date toh bas dikhane ke liye hai. Inke previous projects mein bhi yahi hua hai. Never trust the first date they tell you.

Lake Ridge mein 897 units hain, socha tha bada project hai toh shayad better management hoga, but lagta hai same story hai. My friend who booked there got a revised possession letter with the 2028 date, but earlier they were promising late 2026. This builder is notorious for over-committing and under-delivering. Totally agree! First-time buyer hoon, aur aise delays sunke toh BP high ho jaata hai. Budget tight hai, rent bhi dena hai, upar se EMI. Bahut tension ho rahi hai.
