Hyderabad investors: What are your amenity reality checks?
Just moved into Sattva Lake Ridge about three months back. Honestly, the brochure looked great, but living here, some 'amenities' are a real mixed bag, especially from an investor's standpoint. We've got power backup, but it's only for common areas and one light point, not the full flat. For potential tenants, this is a huge deal-breaker, affecting rental yield. Also, the water supply is okay now, but I'm worried about summer tanker dependency; that's a big maintenance headache and can hit resale. The kids' play area? It's technically there, but feels more like a ticked-off checkbox than a genuinely usable space for families. Does anyone else face similar amenity gaps in their Hyderabad properties? How does this impact your long-term resale value or tenant attraction? Any first-hand tips on dealing with these utility shortcomings?
