Sattva Lake Ridge? Upcoming hai na? 2028 possession. Amenities ka kya use abhi se? Investor ke liye location, connectivity dekho pehle. Baaki sab secondary hai.
Totally agree! I'm also a first-time buyer and amenities like a fancy clubhouse or swimming pool just seem to add to the cost, both upfront and in maintenance. Mera budget tight hai, aur mujhe lagta hai ki ye sab extra charges hain jo koi use nahi karta. Mostly marketing stunt hai.
