Yaar, ye Sattva Lake Ridge ka pre-launch offer ₹1.2 Cr for 3BHK sunke tempting toh lag raha hai, but mera bhi same concern hai. High investor ratio ka darr satata hai. Kya sach mein isse long-term capital appreciation aur resale potential pe farak padta hai? Builder ka track record kaisa hai in terms of delivery?

Bhai, delays toh almost har builder ke saath hote hain Hyderabad mein. Sattva has delivered some good projects too. Location is key, and if the area develops well, investor ratio won't matter as much in the long run. Thoda risk toh lena padta hai.
Totally agree. High investor ratio means sab ek saath exit karenge, prices crash ho sakte hain. Sattva ka track record average hi hai, delays toh common hain unke projects mein. Mere ek dost ka project 1.5 saal late hua tha.
