Builders try to rush snagging big time, especially for investors. I work in real estate, but buying for myself, I'm super vigilant. For Sattva Lake Ridge or any project, check bathroom corners for future seepage signs, and balcony drainage slopes. Little things affect tenant attraction and resale value later. What lesser-known things do you guys check during snagging? Yeh sab important hai for long-term ROI.

Hyderabad ke current market conditions ko dekhte hue, kya Sattva Lake Ridge jaise upcoming projects mein invest karna sahi hai? Rental yields kaise hain yahan, especially in areas like Gachibowli or Kondapur nearby? Any insights on that would be helpful.
Meri toh advice hai ki builders pe trust mat karo. Pura inspection khud karo ya third party se karwao. Maine Ameerpet mein ek project mein invest kiya tha 3 saal pehle, bola tha 2 saal mein possession, abhi tak basement ka kaam hi chal raha hai. Penalty clause bhi itni weak thi ki kuch hua hi nahi. Investors ke liye toh aur tricky hai, we don't live there to monitor daily, so we miss out on small details.
Sattva Lake Ridge? Hmm, 2028 possession date toh kaafi door hai. Investors ke liye itna wait karna worth it hoga kya? Hyderabad market abhi thoda slow hai, return on investment ka kya scene hai?
Sahi kaha U9. RERA delays bahut common hain, especially for such large projects. Mere ek dost ne Alwal mein 500-unit project mein invest kiya tha, 2025 ka promise tha, abhi developer ne 2027 bol diya hai. Saara financial planning gadbad ho gaya uska. Sattva ka track record dekhna padega, they usually deliver but large projects are always a risk.
Bhai, 897 units ka project, RERA delays ka kya scene hai? Builders toh numbers dikha dete hain, but completion on time is the real deal.
Sattva Lake Ridge ka location accha hai, near Outer Ring Road. Total units 897 hain, toh scale bhi bada hai. 2028 is still 4 years away, prices might appreciate well by then, especially with all the infra development happening around. Long-term view rakhna padta hai.
Totally agree yaar. Builders ko toh bas keys deni hoti hai. Snagging ke time pressure bahut daalte hain, especially agar investor ho, unko lagta hai ki hum rehne toh wale nahi.

Haan bhai, investors ko toh waise bhi light lete hain. Snagging mein jaldi-jaldi sign karwa lete hain. Aapka point on future seepage is gold, never thought of it that way!
Jo aapne bathroom aur balcony ka bola, bilkul sahi hai. Main toh electrical points aur wiring bhi check karta hoon. Sometimes switches loose hote hain ya wiring low quality ki hoti hai, which is a pain for tenants later. Long run mein tenant ko problem hoti hai aur phir humein repairs karwane padte hain.
