Malkajgiri — finally looking to buy something here, yaar. Fed up of renting, landlord raised rent again. So, I'm taking the plunge. EMI vs rent math ab sahi lag raha hai. I'm checking out Salarpuria Sattva projects, maybe a 2BHK, budget around ₹85L. But I'm really confused about this super area vs carpet area scene. Builders quote super area, but carpet area kitna milta hai actually? Is there a standard way to verify this before signing anything? Don't want to pay for extra space that's just common areas, especially in places like Gachibowli where prices are already high. How do you guys ensure you're getting what you pay for? Any tips to avoid this trap?

My cousin faced this in Ameerpet. The builder showed a lavish clubhouse in the brochure, but the carpet area was tiny compared to the super area they charged for
Haan bhai, same experience. It's a huge headache trying to figure this out.
