Hyderabad mein EMI vs rent: Buying makes no sense.

₹25,000 rent for a 2BHK in Gachibowli, and it just increased again. Yaar, I'm genuinely fed up of renting now. My landlord just added some weird clause to the new agreement, not sure if it's even legal. Thinking about finally taking the plunge and buying. Is the EMI vs rent math actually making sense for buying in Hyderabad now? For a 2BHK around Kondapur or Financial District, what kind of EMI can one expect? Log bolte hain rental yields are low, but if rent keeps increasing like this, maybe buying is better? Kya lagta hai?
