Hyderabad mein possession charges ka kya scene hai?

Loan for my 3BHK upgrade is approved, but honestly, this hidden charges drama is frustrating me. I'm looking at Salarpuria Sattva in Attapur. My budget was around ₹1.7 Cr for a 3BHK, but the all-in cost is just jumping. Base price, stamp duty, registration, parking, PLC... sab clear tha. But now they're asking for a huge maintenance advance, utility connection charges, and random corpus fund at possession. Yaar, yeh sab pehle kyun nahi batate? It's impacting my ROI calculations. How much extra should one realistically budget for these post-possession costs in Hyderabad? Is there any way to negotiate these or are they fixed?
