Hyderabad mein real value abhi bhi hai ya sab hype?
Hyderabad mein price correction zones bolke kuch hai bhi ya sab bas hype hai? Fed up of renting yaar, landlord ne phir rent badha diya. Sab Gachibowli, Kokapet ki baat karte hain, but honestly, kya wahan real value bachi hai for an end-user? Prices seem insane for a 2BHK. Okay, I'll say it: Hyderabad mein value for money abhi bhi hai, bas log galat jagah dekh rahe hain. I'm thinking of areas like LB Nagar or some pockets near Tellapur that aren't hyped yet. Resale flats mein negotiation scope zyada hota hai kya compared to new projects from Salarpuria Sattva? I'm talking a good 10% off, not just a lakh do lakh. Broker bolte hain direct builder se deal karo toh discount milega, but mera experience ulta raha hai. What's the real scene for price correction aur negotiation, especially for a 3BHK around ₹90L-1.2Cr? Disagree? Tell me why.

Totally agree with the post! Gachibowli aur Kokapet toh out of budget ho gaye hain, especially for a first-time buyer like me. Mera landlord bhi har saal rent badha deta hai. LB Nagar aur Tellapur ka point sahi hai, par wahan connectivity ka kya scene hai future mein? I need something well-connected for my office in Hitech City.

Haan bhai, connectivity ka issue toh hai. But Tellapur mein Outer Ring Road (ORR) access bahut acha hai, future mein aur improve hoga.
