Since last year, I've been closely observing NRI investment patterns in Hyderabad. The data shows strong interest in Gachibowli and Kokapet, particularly for 3BHKs, with expectations of good rental yields and appreciation. My concern is managing projects remotely. How do NRIs ensure builder accountability and timely possession without constant physical presence? I've seen some cases of delayed projects impacting ROI for friends. Is this calculated risk still favorable, ya fir a strong local network is absolutely essential? What's your experience?
