Been renting in Hyderabad for way too long now, and honestly, fed up of my landlord increasing rent every year. Finally taking the plunge into buying, looking at investor plays. My budget is around ₹1.5 Cr for a 3BHK. I'm seeing Salarpuria Sattva projects, maybe in Moosapet, offering pre-launch pricing. Is this actually a real discount, or just marketing hype that disappears with PLC and other charges later? I'm also weighing construction-linked payment plans versus a higher down payment. My thinking is a smaller upfront payment saves capital, but does it really offer better ROI than negotiating a spot discount for more cash down?
