₹95 lakh for a 3BHK in Narsingi, base price — that's a joke. Everyone glorifies builder offers, but nobody talks about the *actual* all-in cost. Salarpuria Sattva bhi bolte hain 'final price', but then PLC, parking, stamp duty, registration add 20% extra. My EMI vs rent math completely breaks. How to budget for these? Change my mind.

Totally relate! Salarpuria Sattva ka brochure dekhke laga tha, but site visit pe pata chala kitna extra lag raha hai. My budget also went haywire, it's such a shocker.

Exactly! What are these hidden charges even for? Builder ne bola 'all-inclusive' but then added floor rise, view charges, then GST, then maintenance advance. It's endless. How did you manage to get an actual figure?
