Yaar, this post is exactly what I'm feeling! My parents are also empty nesters looking to downsize from our Banjara Hills home. Gachibowli sounds good for connectivity, but prices have shot up. Should we really buy now or wait for some correction? It's so confusing!
Totally agree with you! Market lagta hai peak pe hai, but sab bolte hain Hyderabad toh bas upar hi jaayega. Kya karein?
