Financial District ke rents se toh I'm just fed up. Landlord ne phir badha diye, so finally taking the plunge to buy. Looking at a 3BHK around ₹1.6 Cr, maybe in Kokapet ya Narsingi. Prestige Group, Aparna Constructions ke projects dekh raha hoon. But I'm honestly not sure if this is the right time. Market kaafi upar chala gaya hai na? Kitna time hold karna padega for maximum gain? Should I wait for Metro Phase 2 completion ya RRR impact? Any thoughts on this holding game?

Totally understand your pain with rents! My landlord hiked it twice in the last year, it's just ridiculous. I'm also looking at the same budget, around 1.6 Cr for a 3BHK, but I'm exploring Attapur side as well because of the connectivity. Prestige projects are good, but I heard some of their previous projects had possession delays. Market definitely feels hot right now, but waiting feels like missing out too. Confused, just like you!
