₹1.8 Cr for a 3BHK in Gachibowli feels like a massive jump. I'm currently in a 2BHK in LB Nagar and thinking of upgrading, but these prices are insane. I visited a Salarpuria Sattva project near ORR and the quoted price was just the start. They added PLC, floor rise, parking, and then stamp duty and registration. It's like a never-ending list. My main question is, how much room is there for negotiation in Hyderabad, especially for these bigger projects? Is a 5-10% discount even possible on the base price, or am I dreaming? Also, what are the common hidden charges that only pop up near possession? I want to avoid those nasty surprises. Can we negotiate on the PLC or maintenance deposits too? Has anyone had luck with that?
