Just moved to Hyderabad a few months back, settling in fine, but ab property lene ka time aa gaya hai. My budget is around ₹1.5Cr for a 3BHK. Gachibowli ya Kokapet dekh raha hu. RRR aur Metro Phase 2 ka kya impact hoga future mein? Kya Hyderabad abhi bhi good investment hai 2026-27 tak, ya peak ho gaya hai? Konse areas mein growth potential zyada hai with these new infra links? Builder track record bhi important hai. My Home ya Prestige mein koi experience?
