Did some online research on Salarpuria Sattva projects near Gachibowli. I'm based in Dubai, so site visits mushkil hain. Looking at a 3BHK, budget around 1.8 Cr. Builders quote a base price, but kya all-in cost mein kitna extra aata hai? Matlab, stamp duty, registration, PLC, parking, interiors ka kya scene hai? Is it usually 20-25% over the base price? Kuch hidden charges bhi hotey hain kya jo last moment mein surprise karte hain? Want to understand the total outflow for a property, especially since I can't be there to check every detail. Should I budget more for these things? Koi experience share kar sakta hai?

Bhai, Salarpuria projects are generally good, but Gachibowli mein competition tough hai. Base price toh theek hai, par 20-25% extra is actually on the lower side. Mera experience hai ki it goes closer to 30% for all the add-ons. Especially if you're looking for quality interiors. Don't forget GST on construction cost!
