Okay I'll be honest — I completely underestimated this whole process. Fed up of renting, so finally looking at 3BHKs, maybe around Kokapet, like Sattva Lake Ridge. Almost signed something without checking RERA properly. How do you guys verify a builder's RERA status for Hyderabad projects? Aur encumbrance certificate ko kaise check karte hain? What if builder delays, RERA actually helps or just on paper?

Sattva Lake Ridge? Hmm, Salarpuria Sattva is an old builder, established 1986 from Bengaluru, so reputation-wise they are generally okay. But RERA ka scene Hyderabad mein thoda dicey hai. My friend booked in Gachibowli, builder delayed by 2 years, RERA ne bas notices bheje. Actual compensation milna bahut tough hai, case court tak jaata hai.
