₹2.2 Cr for a 3BHK in Kokapet, that's what Salarpuria Sattva quoted. My current 2BHK loan already pinches, so this upgrade needs to be smart. Everyone says Hyderabad mein negotiation nahi chalta, builder prices are fixed. But I think that's just an excuse. We should be able to knock off at least 5-7% on the property price, not just get free AC. Pre-launch deals are also a scam, you pay less initially but hidden costs later eat it up. Change my mind.

Totally agree yaar! Same feeling. Builders in Hyderabad act like they're doing us a favour. The 'fixed price' mantra is just to scare off first-timers like us. We need to unite and demand better deals.
Sahi kaha, U2. My cousin faced the same with a project in Ameerpet. They just don't budge on price, maybe a modular kitchen if you're lucky. It's frustrating when your budget is tight.
