Been tracking Hyderabad property for about a year now, and prices just keep climbing. I'm looking to buy my first 2BHK around Kukatpally or maybe Gachibowli by 2026. Honestly, the current rates feel insane. My parents keep saying it's gotta correct soon. Is this price rise even sustainable? I don't see it slowing down much in areas like Kokapet or Financial District. Anyone think we're heading for a correction by 2026? I'm trying to figure out if I should wait or jump in now.
