Hyderabad property prices will only climb higher.

Since January I've been shortlisting flats. Fed up of renting, landlord raised rent again. I'm eyeing 2BHKs in Gachibowli, Narsingi, around ₹90L. Has Hyderabad's market peaked, or will prices keep climbing with the ORR? Should I buy now or wait? What's your take on future appreciation?
