15-20% appreciation in some Kokapet plots already, just from RRR alignment news. I've seen this pattern before with ORR impacting Gachibowli. Metro Phase 2 extensions towards Financial District will also create huge value. How do you guys predict these infra-driven jumps? Any specific sources for project updates before public?
