Two years ago I'd have laughed at these Gachibowli prices. My 3BHK EMI in Financial District is substantial, so maximizing tax benefits is crucial. I'm eyeing another 2BHK in Kokapet, around ₹1.2Cr. Should I stick to Section 24 and 80C deductions? Or are there smarter ways to use Section 54EC bonds for capital gains from my old Ameerpet flat sale? ROI must justify this. What tax strategies work for Hyderabad properties?
