Hyderabad property: Who gives NRIs the best deal?

Been looking for a 3BHK in LB Nagar for months. I'm in Dubai, so can't visit. Should I deal directly with Salarpuria Sattva or through a local broker? What's better for an NRI to get the best deal?

Yaar, main Dubai se hoon aur LB Nagar mein 3BHK dekh raha hoon. Builder se direct deal karun Salarpuria Sattva ke saath ya local broker pakdu? NRI ke liye best deal kaise milegi, especially jab visit nahi kar sakta? Bahut confused hoon.

Bhai, builder se direct deal karne mein hamesha risk hai, especially jab aap physically present na ho. Broker ki help le lo but make sure he's RERA registered. Unko commission dena padega but they can handle the
