Hyderabad real estate has peaked, and anyone buying now is getting in too late. I just got possession in My Home Bhooja last month, paid ₹2.1 Cr for a 3BHK in Gachibowli, and honestly, prices feel crazy inflated. Everyone glorifies the RRR and Metro Phase 2 impact, but is there *really* much upside left? My first-hand experience says market sentiment's cooling. Are people still seeing huge appreciation in Kokapet or Narsingi? Disagree? Tell me why.

Yaar, I totally agree. ₹2.1 Cr for a 3BHK in Gachibowli sounds insane. I'm looking at Attapur and even there prices have shot up so much, feels like I missed the bus. My budget just can't stretch that far.
