Hyderabad real estate has peaked, no more gains

Been renting for 7 years now and I'm seriously fed up. Everyone glorifies Hyderabad's growth, but no one talks about the real picture. Prices in Gachibowli and Kokapet are crazy, 3BHKs hitting ₹2.5Cr. Matlab, has the market peaked already? Kya ab investment ka time nikal gaya? Traffic bhi awful hai. Change my mind.

Exactly! Main bhi yahi soch raha tha. Gachibowli toh ab common man ki reach se bahar ho gaya hai. Even places like Attapur, jahan pehle thoda affordable tha, wahan bhi rates sky-high hain. Kya karein yaar, bahar rehna bhi mushkil aur khareedna bhi.
