Hyderabad RERA: Real protection or just paperwork?

Visited Salarpuria Sattva's Lake Ridge last month. Okay, I'll say what no one says: just RERA registration isn't enough. People focus on the RERA number, but builder ka legal track record kitna dekhte ho? I mean, past project delays, title disputes... these things affect ROI big time. RERA complaints are one thing, but is it *actually* effective in Hyderabad? Or just a paper tiger? Disagree? Tell me why.
