Hyderabad resale market for big homes feels slow
Gachibowli — kids have moved out, so we don't need such a big 4BHK place anymore. Thinking of selling our current home and moving to a smaller 2BHK or compact 3BHK. My budget after selling would be around ₹1.5 Cr, max ₹1.8 Cr. Honestly not sure if this is the right time to sell a larger property in Hyderabad. Resale market mein kuch tez movement dikh nahi rahi, ya sirf mujhe lag raha hai? For buying, I'm looking for a good society flat with an elevator, low maintenance and hospital paas mein ho. Gachibowli, Tellapur, ya Manikonda mein kuch options hain kya? Is My Home Constructions, Aparna ya Prestige jaise builders ke smaller flats worth it? Ya phir koi aur builder dekhna chahiye? Kya lagta hai, market abhi aur upar jayega ya this is a peak for selling and buying small? Koi experienced log batao, aapka kya experience raha hai with the current market timing? Should we wait to sell or just go for it now? Thoda confusion hai, yaar. What are your thoughts on this whole market timing scenario for downsizing?

Resale market for big homes is definitely slow, bhai. Lagta hai sab chote ghar hi dhoond rahe hain. Aapki budget ₹1.5-1.8 Cr toh achhi hai, My Home ya Aparna mein toh mil jaana chahiye small units, but price negotiation tough hoga kya?
