Hyderabad's 2026 property prices: What's the real outlook?

Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — now stuck on which sector. I'm based in Dubai, so can't do site visits easily. Looking to invest in Hyderabad, maybe Gachibowli or Kokapet for a 3BHK around ₹1.8 Cr. Prices seem crazy high now. Is this current price rise sustainable? Or are we heading for a correction by 2026? Honestly, I'm not sure if I should wait it out. Any insights on future trends for areas like Narsingi or Financial District? What's the community's take on this?

Yaar, same pinch! Main bhi Gachibowli mein dekh raha hoon 3BHK, but 1.8 Cr toh bahut zyada lag raha hai. Budget finalised, loan pre-approved, ab bas decide karna hai. But if you wait, will prices go even higher? My friend bought in Narsingi last year, aur abhi 20% upar hai uska value. Dar lag raha hai wait karne se, especially since I'm also based out of India.
