Okay, I'll be honest — I'm fed up with renting in Hyderabad. Looking at places like Narsingi, maybe a 3BHK around ₹1.5 Cr. My main worry is the *actual* total cost. Builders quote one price, but what about stamp duty, registration, PLC, parking? And pre-launch offers... are they truly cheaper, or just a trap? Does anyone have a breakdown of these hidden charges?

Pre-launch toh sabse bada scam lagta hai mujhe. Sirf booking amount le lete hain, fir project delay karte rehte hain. Hidden charges mein GST bhi add kar lo, aur maintenance for a year. Koi proper calculation batao yaar, yeh log kabhi seedha nahi batate.
