Hyderabad's current price rise isn't sustainable
Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — now stuck on which sector. Honestly, I'm fed up of renting. Landlord ne rent fir badha diya yaar. Finally taking the plunge, EMI vs rent math ab sahi lag raha hai. I'm looking at Hyderabad properties, especially around Gachibowli, Kokapet, even Kismatpur. My budget is around ₹1.5 Cr for a 3BHK. But prices seem bahut high right now. My Home, Prestige jaise builders ke projects toh sky-high hain. Not sure if this current price rise is sustainable ya correction aane wala hai? Lagta hai prices 2026 tak aise hi badhenge ya slow down hoga? Kya yeh sahi time hai buy karne ka, ya wait karna chahiye? Which areas do you guys think will give maximum appreciation in the next 2 years? Like, apart from the obvious Narsingi, Financial District, any hidden gems? Kismatpur mein investment kaisa hai, will it hold up? Need some real ground-level advice.
