I'm in a 2BHK in Gachibowli, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK near Kokapet. Kya abhi bhi koi price correction zones hain Hyderabad mein, ya sab jagah overvalued hai? Salarpuria Sattva jaise builders ke saath kitna negotiation possible hai? Not sure if it's the right time to buy.

Sahi kaha, Salarpuria toh chodo, maine ek relatively smaller builder ke project mein try kiya tha negotiation ke liye, 10-15 lakh bhi nahi kam kar rahe the for a 3BHK in Narsingi. Bolte hain bookings full hain. Normal builders ke saath bhi itna difficult hai, toh Salarpuria jaise big names ke saath kitna possible hoga? Kya kisi ko Salarpuria ya similar top builders ke saath negotiation ka real experience hua hai recently?

Price correction? Hyderabad mein? Bhai, ab toh mushkil hai. Demand itni high hai, especially IT corridor areas mein. Ameerpet mein bhi ab prices sky-high ho gaye hain, jo pehle affordable tha. Salarpuria type builders toh bilkul nahi jhukte, unko pata hai log lenge hi. Maine toh ek plot dekha tha 2 saal pehle, ab double ho gaya hai uska rate.
Totally feel you! Gachibowli se Kokapet upgrade ka plan mera bhi hai, but prices dekh ke darr lag raha hai. Lagta hai sab jagah premium hi hai ab. Jo value investors ka mindset hai, unke liye toh mushkil hai abhi.
