Budget finalised, loan pre-approved – ab toh bas final call lena hai. I'm looking at a 3BHK, maybe around Gachibowli or Narsingi. Builders quote the base price, but I'm worried about hidden charges. Possession ke time property tax, maintenance deposit, electricity, water connection – ye sab kitna extra padta hai? Like, Salarpuria Sattva projects mein, does it usually add 10-15% more to the total cost? Is there anything else I should watch out for that only pops up later? Bahut tension hai yeh sab calculate karne mein.

Yaar, you hit the nail on the head! I'm also looking in the same area, Narsingi specifically, and this is my biggest fear. Builders make it sound so straightforward, but then BAM! Suddenly there are stamp duty, registration, GST on amenities, corpus fund... it's a never-ending list. I heard for a 2BHK in Attapur, someone ended up paying almost 20% extra. Is 10-15% even realistic for Gachibowli now?
