Hey everyone, isn't it amazing how Hyderabad's luxury home sales are absolutely crushing Bengaluru's, hitting a massive ₹8,562 crore? It seems we're getting way more space for our money here, with many ultra-luxury apartments over 8,000 sq ft driving this boom, especially with all the development around Financial District and Gachibowli. How do you all see this impacting our property prices moving forward?

I totally get the nervousness. I've been tracking properties in Ameerpet and even places like Attapur for the last six months. What I
Bhai, 8000 sq ft sounds like another planet for us first-time buyers. Yeh luxury sales ka data hum middle-class logon ke liye kitna relevant hai? I'm looking for a decent 2BHK near Gachibowli, but prices already seem out of control. Is this just for the ultra-rich?
Wow, ₹8,562 crore! Hyderabad is really booming. I saw that news too, especially the 8,000 sq ft apartments. It's great to see such development, but as a first-time buyer, it also makes me nervous. Will these luxury sales push up prices for regular 2BHKs too? What do you guys think?
I don't think it's that direct. Luxury is a different market altogether, mostly for investors or HNIs. But builders do use these headlines to create hype and justify higher prices for even mid-segment projects. I saw a project near Begumpet where they started at a 'pre-launch luxury' price, then scaled it down for smaller units. It's all about perception. But yes, overall market sentiment does get affected.
Haan bhai, absolutely! Jab high-end ka rate badhta hai, toh lower segment ko bhi pull karta hai. It's a chain reaction for sure.
