Hyderabad's property prices will cool down soon, change my mind.

Since getting possession of my 3BHK in Narsingi last month, I'm already seeing prices jump. Mera flat ₹1.8 Cr ka tha. Is Hyderabad still a good investment for 2026-27, ya peak ho gaya hai? Metro Phase 2 ya RRR ka impact kitna hoga? What's one thing you wish you knew before investing here?
