Spent the whole weekend checking out resale options in Kothapet and Tellapur. I got my 3BHK in Financial District last March, possession was in April, and honestly, current prices already feel high. My budget for another 2BHK is around ₹80L-₹90L. I thought secondary market mein thoda negotiation scope milega, especially for a 5-year-old property near Salarpuria Sattva. But owners are quoting near new-project rates, even for slightly older buildings. Matlab, real price correction zones Hyderabad mein kahan hain for genuine investors? Is it just me, ya resale deals are equally tight now? Where can one find actual underpriced assets for good ROI? Builders like My Home are still pushing high, so I'm hoping for some smart buys.
