Bhai, welcome to the club! Hitech City mein 3BHK ka sapna sabka hai. Stamp duty toh fixed hai, around 7.5% of the property value, including registration charges. Koi optimization nahi hai as such for the official part, but kuch builders might absorb small portions in their overall deal. But that's rare now.
