Hynish T8/T9 carpet area: My site visit hack
Our broker quoted 1200 sqft for a 3BHK in Panchsheel Hynish T8/T9, but actual carpet area bahut kam laga. We measured kitchen/balcony area separately. Is this common practice? What's the real carpet area ratio like wahan? Also, maintenance charges ka kya scene hai? Need a safe, spacious home for kids' school admission. Hope this helps someone check better.
