IFFCO Chowk is overrated for families, change my mind.

My kids are growing fast and this 2BHK just isn't cutting it anymore. We need at least a 3BHK. Okay, I'll say what no one says: IFFCO Chowk is totally overrated for family living in Gurugram. Everyone glorifies its metro connectivity, but nobody talks about the actual daily grind. The constant traffic chaos near schools is a huge concern. My wife's priority is a safe, peaceful environment for our children, and this area feels too commercial, too noisy. It's not the calm residential vibe we want. Am I completely off? Change my mind. Tell me if I'm missing something crucial about raising kids here.
