Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — now stuck on which sector. I'm looking at IFFCO Chowk, Sohna. Builders show fancy drainage systems, but monsoon mein asli haal kya hota hai? Does waterlogging become a major headache near the main roads or inside complexes? Planning to visit in July, but real resident experience matters.

Sohna mein monsoon? Bhai, IFFCO Chowk tak toh theek hai, but Sohna road ka haal mat पूछो. Prepare for traffic jams and wading through knee-deep water sometimes.
True that! Last year, I got stuck near Badshahpur for hours trying to get to a site visit. Drainage system on paper is one thing, ground reality is totally different. Builders just promise the moon, but when the clouds open up, reality hits hard.
