Imperia Mirage Homes ki real livability kya hai?
Okay I'll be honest — I'm really not convinced about Imperia Mirage Homes for a family upgrade. Currently in a 2BHK in Sector 18, I'm thinking of a 3BHK but that ₹1.13 Cr tag for a *completed* project feels high. Everyone glorifies the location, but nobody talks about the actual daily grind. Are the amenities genuinely useful, ya sirf show-off ke liye? Like the pool or gym, do people actually use them? And the community vibe, is it friendly or sab apne mein rehte hain? Not sure if the price jump is worth it for livability. Change my mind.

My cousin lives in a similar project nearby, not Mirage but close to Alpha-II
Yaar, location is actually a big deal for Mirage Homes. It's close to the expressway, and if you're working towards Noida/Delhi, it saves a lot of commute time. And being completed means no RERA delays tension, which is a huge relief for first-time buyers like us. UPRERAPRJ4008 was clear from the start.
Bhai, totally agree with you! ₹1.13 Cr for a 3BHK there feels steep, especially when you compare it to other options in Alpha I Greater Noida. Livability is key, not just the fancy brochure pics.
Dekho, price high lag sakta hai, but it's a completed project with possession from 2021-03-01. Ready-to-move ka premium hota hai. Plus, the connectivity to Delhi-NCR is genuinely good from that area, which adds to the value.
