₹45 lakh for a 2BHK in Imperia Prideville feels like a trap for investors. Everyone glorifies 'capital appreciation' in Noida Ext, but for completed projects like this, I don't see the real upside. Builder ka track record theek hai but the resale market seems dead slow. Kya actual rental yield 3% bhi nikal raha hai? I work in real estate, so I know the super area vs. carpet area games. But buying for myself, I'm genuinely asking: who's actually buying these units at current prices for investment? Is the exit strategy clear for anyone? Change my mind.

Totally agree with the OP. I've been looking at Imperia Prideville too, and the numbers just don't add up for capital appreciation. RERA number UPRERAPRJ545875 hai, project
Bhai, you hit the nail on the head! ₹45L for a 2BHK in Imperia Prideville? Noida Ext mein itna toh bahut zyada lag raha hai. I'm also a first-time buyer and scared of getting trapped.
