IMT Manesar ka ROI ab overhyped lag raha hai – prove me wrong
IMT Manesar — for an investment perspective, I'm genuinely confused about its future. I work in real estate, but buying for myself feels different, you know? Builders have always pushed this area, saying connectivity aur infrastructure badal jayega. My question is, has the appreciation already peaked here, ya abhi bhi real upside baki hai? I'm looking at a couple of plots in Sector M1A or some commercial units near the IMT main road. Price points abhi bhi ₹50-60L tak mil rahe hain for smaller plots, which seems decent. But long-term ROI ka kya scene hai? Is it just for industrial-linked businesses, or will residential demand also pick up significantly? Off the record, what's the actual sentiment on ground? Should I consider somewhere else for better capital appreciation over 5-7 years?
